1. Name, surname

2. Personal number, mobile phone number, e-mail

3. Check in and Check Out date

4. Number of days

5. Room category and agreed price

6. The number of guests, indicating the name and surname, in the case of children, indicating the age

7. If you have any additional request please email us

Based on this information, you will be sent a pre-payment invoice (in the amount of 20% of the total cost) by the end of the second day after the payment is made, your reservation will be valid and you will be sent a booking confirmation.

Early check-in/late check-out is possible only by prior arrangement with the administration.

All guests upon check-in at the hotel must present proof of identity (copy of birth certificate required for children), advance payment receipt and reservation confirmation.
In case of cancellation of the reservation, the amount paid in advance is not returned, however, in case of cancellation 7 days before, you can count the amount deposited in our hotel for 2 years by agreement with the administration.
The working hours of the hotel administration are - every day from 10:00 to 21:00.
